Lantic Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager with extensive experience in production environments, particularly within the food industry. Your leadership will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while promoting Best Maintenance Practices. Collaboration with management will drive continuous improvement in plant operations and resource efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Oversee continuous improvement of equipment and systems

• Lead implementation of predictive and preventative maintenance programs

• Monitor and manage maintenance KPIs and budgets

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Minimum five years of maintenance management experience

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Project Management

• Proficient in CMMS systems, Maximo a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills
