As a Cleaner reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining the beauty of our properties. Your responsibilities will include cleaning common areas, guest rooms, and vacant suites while adhering to strict health and safety standards. A focus on regular maintenance allows us to fulfill our promise of a clean home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, guest rooms, and vacant suites

• Dust, vacuum, and steam clean carpets and rugs

• Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures

• Maintain a trash and debris-free environment

• Remove snow from walkways and common spaces

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with independent work skills

• Experience in messy environments

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Ability to lift 30lbs and work with industrial cleaners

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
