As a Cleaner under the guidance of the Regional Manager, you'll help uphold Northview's reputation by providing thorough cleaning in common and guest areas. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining pristine conditions in vacant and renovated suites while ensuring a welcoming space for our residents. This involves not just cleaning but also adhering to safety precautions and possibly participating in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in common, guest, and vacant areas

• Conduct dusting, vacuuming, and steam cleaning

• Disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

• Keep a trash-free and neat environment

• Respond to snow removal needs in common areas

Requirements:

• Self-starter capable of working alone

• Previous experience in tricky cleaning environments

• Strong customer service orientation

• Capability to lift 30lbs and handle strong cleaners

• Driver’s license and dependable transport required
