We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor with a 4th Class Power Engineer certification. This position involves direct oversight of mechanical and electrical technicians while ensuring that preventative maintenance practices are followed rigorously. Your leadership will facilitate smooth operations and strong inter-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and oversee maintenance tasks across shifts

• Manage contractor activities and communications

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Collaborate with management for inventory needs

• Document maintenance work in the CMMS system

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Effective leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities

• Fluent in English for verbal and written tasks

• Authorized to work permanently in Canada
