Full-Time Maintenance Associate

Be an essential part of the maintenance team at Centre Village Mall, Lethbridge. This permanent role focuses on ensuring safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction through various maintenance tasks.

You will be self-motivated and proactive while maintaining all areas of the property, both inside and out. This position requires effective communication with tenants, completion of janitorial and light maintenance duties, and attention to safety protocols. A comfortable work environment and ongoing growth opportunities await you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the entire property clean and hazard-free

• Perform restroom maintenance and general tidiness

• Handle seasonal maintenance tasks like snow removal

• Assist tenants with requests for equipment and setup

• Report any safety issues to the Property Manager

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills are vital

• Knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ability to lift items weighing 30-40 lbs

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders

• Basic bobcat training preferred
