As the Maintenance Manager at Lantic's Taber Processing Plant, you will oversee both mechanical and electrical maintenance functions. Your ability to implement Best Maintenance Practices will significantly impact plant efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training and development for the maintenance team
• Manage the annual maintenance budget effectively
• Utilize CMMS for monitoring maintenance activities
• Conduct incident investigations and corrective actions
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is advantageous
• 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Solid understanding of maintenance planning processes
• Strong communication and motivational skills
