Join Uni First in Taber, AB as a Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure equipment reliability while enhancing maintenance practices and workforce training for peak performance.
In this engaging role, you will oversee the maintenance department at Uni First Canada. Your responsibilities will incorporate problem diagnostics, equipment inspections, and compliance with safety protocols. You'll lead preventive maintenance initiatives and foster team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting on control systems and machinery
• Assign and oversee maintenance tasks and schedules
• Record wastewater system test results and adjustments
• Train and develop maintenance personnel effectively
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate is a must
• At least 3 years in industrial equipment repair
• Preferred: 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of maintenance management systems
• Lockout/Tagout experience required
