Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with necessary building and grounds maintenance

• Conduct repairs while minimizing resident disruption

• Help with preventive maintenance checks as required

• Lubricate and clean essential equipment regularly

• Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical basics is a plus

• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong organizational and communication skills needed

• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies
