Casual School Caretaker

Support safe, clean schools as a Casual Caretaker across Division locations, using commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and general maintenance skills.
This Casual Caretaker position serves assigned schools within the City of Lethbridge, Taber, Bow Island, Coaldale, Picture Butte, and Pincher Creek. Supervised and trained by Head Caretakers and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Caretaker maintains school environments and completes assigned tasks to a high degree of satisfaction. The work may require strenuous physical effort.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safe and clean school environments
Complete cleaning and general maintenance tasks
Work alongside Head Caretakers and Caretakers
Use commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals
Respond to assigned tasks under supervision
Requirements:
High School Diploma
First Aid and WHMIS Certificates
Effective communication and computer skills
Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
One year caretaker experience considered an asset
Bring cleaning, maintenance, communication, and technical skills to Holy Spirit Division schools as a Casual Caretaker.
