OverviewFrito Lay Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supply Chain Leader in Lethbridge, AB. The position contributes to the success of Pepsi Co by directing the warehouse and manufacturing frontline teams to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, productivity, line efficiencies, and waste reduction. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a high-performing, engaged team.
This position is specifically intended to lead and support the weekend warehouse teams, ensuring consistent performance and seamless execution across all shifts. The role will also require flexing hours to provide support to day and night shifts, as needed, to drive alignment, development, and results.
