Job Title: Metal Fabricator / Welder (Journeyperson & Apprentice)

Our Expertise:- Food & Beverage: Process equipment design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
- Industrial: Structural steel (fabrication & erection), material handling (product conveyance), and millwrighting services.
- Ag & Oil/Gas: Mobile equipment design/manufacturing and processing facilities.
- Specialized Services: Industrial plumbing, process piping, and CNC/General machining.

- Technical Skill: Experience with fabrication (Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon steel) and forming equipment (Brake, Shear, Plate Rollers) is preferred.
- Detail Oriented: You can read/interpret blueprints and have a passion for high‑quality, custom fabricated, metal components.
- Growth Mindset: You are self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement.

- Welding Processes: Perform SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welds to specification.
- Compliance: Adhere to all C&A, Provincial, and Prime Contractor health and safety regulations.
- Technical Execution: Read blueprints, identify materials and parts from bills of material, fit complex weldments and determine welding procedures to minimize distortion.
- Mathematics: Apply knowledge of fractions, measuring, and geometry.
- Journey persons: Must possess an Alberta Welding Certificate or Inter‑Provincial Red Seal.
- Apprentices: Must possess a High School Diploma.
- Certifications: Ability to pass CWB welding tests.
- Driver’s License: Candidates with a valid Class 5 license and clean 3‑year driving abstract are strongly preferred.
