Salary/PayRate/Compensation: $43-$50/hour plus vacation pay

- Performing preventive and crash maintenance on seed cleaning, treating, packaging, and warehouse equipment
- Using SAP Work Order system to execute, track, and document all maintenance tasks and repairs, including uploading inspection notes
- Practicing all BASF safety policies including lockout/tag out, work permits, and SOP instructions
- Reviewing equipment reliability and recommending improvements to enhance plant efficiency
- Moving and calibrating equipment, ensuring safe interaction and operation
- Coordinating with logistics, maintenance teams, contractors, agronomists, and other stakeholders to maintain continuous operations
- Possess a Canada Red Seal Journeyman Millwright certification (required)
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Millwright, preferably in a seed production or industrial facility
- Are proficient with maintenance software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SAP Work Orders)
- Bring strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and can supply your own basic tools
- Have experience with rotating equipment, compressors, dust collection, welding, and packaging equipment
- Hold valid certifications such as confined space, working at heights, Arc flash, first aid, and a Class 5 driver’s license
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to breakdowns, and maintain safety at all times
- Are physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., and regularly engage in standing, walking, climbing, lifting, pushing/pulling, crouching, and grasping
- Are dedicated to supporting production goals through reliable machinery and teamwork
