Responsibilities
  • You’ll be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres.
  • You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  • You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
  • Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coach them on performance processes.
  • Strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (e.g., reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed within a year of your anticipated start date.
  • Strong leadership, passion and a desire to make an impact!
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets.

We typically hire for our New Grad program with Fall, Winter, and Spring starts to accommodate a variety of graduation dates. You are eligible to apply if you have graduated within the past year, or anticipate graduating within the next 12 months.
