We operate out of a manufacturing facility in Fort Mac Leod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB.

Builder/General Labourer – Floor Cassette Team

Permanent, Full-Time

Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm

The role of Floor Cassette Builder includes assembling floor systems using both hand and power tools. This includes accurately positioning materials, clamping, splicing, and securely fitting components to meet design specifications.

• Will always properly use all the required PPE (hi-vis vest, safety glasses, earplugs, CSA-approved work boots, etc.).

• Assemble floor cassette building components in accordance with company procedures, standard work operating procedures, and as instructed by the Lead Hand.

• Stand, walk, bend, and stretch for 8–10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift, push, and pull 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Use hands for grasping, handling, and precision work.
• Stay alert and focused while operating machinery.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
