Position: Sanitation Equipment Operator at McCain Foods

Your role focuses on equipment operation and sanitation tasks within the manufacturing facility.

In this position, you will ensure the cleanliness of the plant by executing high-pressure washing and chemical safety protocols. Effective communication and teamwork will be essential as you support operations staff during sanitation activities and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and troubleshoot sanitation equipment

• Maintain documentation and good housekeeping practices

• Perform deep cleaning and general sanitation duties

• Ensure all chemicals are properly handled and identified

• Assist in achieving high performance cleanliness goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Mechanically inclined, capable of diagnosing equipment problems

• Familiarity with HACCP and AIB Gold standards

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work under high humidity conditions
