  • Create and optimize toolpaths in Fusion 360 CAM for complex, miniature watch components
  • Perform precision machining on small-scale parts (experience with watchmaking-scale or micro-machining preferred)
  • Ensure high-quality finishes, accurate tolerances, and efficient production runs
  • Collaborate on design refinements using Fusion 360 (CAD/CAM) as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience machining small, intricate parts (watchmaking, jewelry, micro-machining, or similar highly preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360, particularly CAM for CNC programming and toolpath generation
  • Hands-on experience with desktop or precision CNC mills (direct experience with the NS CNC Elara 2 is a significant asset)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strict quality standards
  • Located in or willing to work on-site in Lethbridge, Alberta (no remote option)
What We Offer
