Position: Field Services Representative at Sunrise Farms
Support broiler and breeder producers as a Field Services Representative with Sunrise Farms. Collaborate with Grower Managers and promote best practices in the poultry industry.

The Field Services Representative works directly to ensure the needs of poultry producers are met. This position demands excellent communication and the management of farm issues relating to production and weight targets. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in agricultural practices and analytical abilities to drive improvements in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent communication with producers

• Manage farm issues related to mortality and target weight

• Keep abreast of industry trends for best practices

• Implement improvement strategies with growers

• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in the agricultural or poultry industry

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent time management abilities

• Solid analytical and organizational skills
