Position: Skilled Millwright for Food Production
Join a leading food production facility in Lethbridge as a skilled Millwright. Contribute to maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Working in a stable and team-focused environment, this role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll perform crucial tasks such as installing and repairing complex equipment, carrying out preventative maintenance, and diagnosing mechanical issues. Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain production and packaging equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance in a 24/7 operation

• Diagnose mechanical problems and apply solutions

• Manage work orders using a computerized maintenance system

• Conduct machining, welding, and fabrication as needed

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright Certification preferred

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Ability to read mechanical schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
