Position: Tool Maker Role with IMT Precision

As a Tool Maker at IMT Precision, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and repair of precision tools and fixtures. Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to enhance tool reliability and operational efficiency, while adhering to safety and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and maintain precision dies and gauges

• Support production with troubleshooting and tooling improvements

• Collaborate with teams to enhance operational workflows

• Operate a variety of precision machining equipment

• Ensure tools meet safety and quality compliance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Tool Maker

• Successful completion of apprenticeship and Tool & Die (C of Q)

• Proficient in blueprint reading and measuring instruments

• Strong troubleshooting and fabrication skills

• Familiarity with CNC machining processes
