Project Coordinator – Join Our Team!
Charlton & Hill Welding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Lethbridge, AB. What You'll Do- Work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review schematics and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure all related schematics are created and released to operations.
- Create and maintain daily update for all service projects.
- Daily review of shops for all active service projects.
- Add tasks/quotes to Bills of Materials for all additional items.
- Ensure Bills of Materials are up to date and arriving on time to complete projects.
- Share additional quotes with customers for approvals before completing.
- Review action plans and quotes with supervisor.
- Capture and document information per project (serial numbers, asset numbers, etc.).
- Take arrival, progress, and delivery pictures of all service projects in progress daily.
- Review task lists with operations at beginning, middle and end of project to ensure all tasks are completed to customer expectations.
- Ask questions when there are unknowns.
- Work to develop updates and changes to procedures. Put together action plan before executing for review with supervisor.
- Weekly reporting to customers on all active service work.
- Involved in all testing and assessments of service equipment.
- Source Mechanical Products and Materials.
- Accurately estimate duration and level of difficulty of tasks and projects.
- Mechanical, electronic, or welding experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with hydraulic & electrical schematics (an asset).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
- A keen eye for detail and accountability for results.
- A collaborative mindset to foster teamwork and efficiency.
Full‑time, permanent role (40 hrs/week). Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with overtime pay). Competitive salary: $40,000–$75,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package, including:

Must be able to commute to Lethbridge, AB (T1H 5G5) or relocate before starting work. Work location is in person.
