Temporary Production Scheduler

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, this temporary position focuses on producing effective schedules for plant processes. You’ll review material requirements, process orders, and liaise between customer service and manufacturing supervisors. This role is pivotal in facilitating process improvements within the plant using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce schedules to optimize facility productivity

• Review incoming material requirements on vendor orders

• Communicate job status with customer service

• Revise schedules based on operational changes

• Record production data for quality control measures

Requirements:

• High school graduate with communication skills

• Strong professional image and integrity

• Self-motivated and people-oriented

• Preferred experience in engineering drafting or mechanical technician role

• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
