We are hiring an experienced Painter/Paint Prepper passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This in-person, full-time role focuses on surface preparation and painting.

This position favors those with painting experience, but a willingness to learn will be just as valuable as expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching

• Apply finishes using brushes and spray tools

• Mix paints to create specific color outcomes

• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout projects

• Work with teammates to achieve timely project goals

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous painting experience required

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow instructions

• Ability to lift heavy loads and remain standing

• Good communication within the team

• Eagerness to learn new painting and labor skills
