Feed Mill Operator

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Feed Mill Operator to join our client’s team. This role involves operating and maintaining mill equipment, following feed formulations, and ensuring efficient production. Compensation &

Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $24/hr

• Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

Position Summary:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust feed mill equipment to ensure accurate mixing and production.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks on machinery.

• Track inventory and maintain accurate production records.

• Follow established feed formulations and quality standards.

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production, agriculture, or equipment operation role.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dusty environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in a feed mill, grain elevator, or agricultural setting.

• Forklift license or equipment operation certification.

• Knowledge of feed formulations or livestock nutrition.
