As a permanent Builder/General Labourer, you’ll support truss design and manufacturing, performing tasks efficiently during day shifts from Monday to Friday. You should bring experience with hand and power tools, an understanding of truss layouts, and a commitment to safety. Your dedication will help us maintain our standards in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble trusses accurately based on designs

• Review truss layouts and inspect lumber quality

• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly work

• Organize workstations and dispose of waste properly

• Report tool or machine issues and perform maintenance

Requirements:

• Ability to read truss layout designs effectively

• Experience with basic hand and power tools

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

• Basic math skills for measurements in imperial and metric

• Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
