Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and repair of complex machinery essential to our production lines. You'll oversee the safe operations and compliance with health and safety guidelines, while also employing your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Your proactive maintenance efforts will ensure equipment longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment

• Ensure optimal operation by monitoring machinery performance

• Execute preventative maintenance effectively

• Follow work requests and apply corrective measures

• Maintain inventory and labor records in maintenance programs

Requirements:

• Possess Red Seal certification or similar qualification

• Experience in manufacturing is advantageous

• Familiarity with various mechanical systems required

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when needed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
