In the dynamic environment of Bayer's Commercial Seed Packaging Team, the Seed Technician plays a critical role in producing high-quality canola seeds. Located in either Lethbridge or Coaldale, you will handle diverse operational tasks and ensure adherence to safety standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to support the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seed production processes comply with safety protocols

• Operate forklifts and manage seed transportation logistics

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance

• Collect quality assurance samples and adhere to standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma education

• Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification

• Knowledge of equipment in manufacturing environments

• Comfortable working rotating shifts including overtime

• Previous seed processing experience is an asset
