Welder Position Facility

The Welder position at Meridian involves production welding for agricultural storage and custom prototypes. You'll work closely with Team Managers to ensure quality and continuous improvements while interpreting blueprints and welding accurately. Proficiency with metalworking machinery and safety compliance is essential, along with the ability to perform quality inspections and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints for welding specifications

• Perform MIG and ARC welding on metal structures

• Operate overhead cranes following safety policies

• Conduct quality inspections of your work

• Provide data for tracking project status

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One to two years of welding experience preferred

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment

• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills

• Flexibility to maintain a high-paced work environment
