Marketing Project Manager - Remote in Canada



Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support multiple key initiatives with our dynamic Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a more autonomous role and who is eager to learn and grow.

The successful candidate will support cross-functional marketing initiatives by managing key components of project execution, including tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and maintaining visibility across work streams. A core responsibility will be ensuring accuracy and alignment between and across deliverables and review cycles.

Excellent communication skills are required to manage clients, motivate, and collaborate with the design team and ultimately maximize production. B2B marketing experience in a technical field such as cloud computing, engineering or IT services is desired.

This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, identify gaps, and take initiative to move projects forward. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive results across these areas while ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.

Candidates must be eligible to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) in a Microsoft Managed Service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact between clients and internal creative and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic goals to deliver high-quality content that exceeds client expectations and business objectives.
  • Manage the production of marketing assets including emails, infographics, PowerPoint decks, video assets, and more.
  • Manage and maintain BOM materials, including tracking updates, version control, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Daily project coordination, tracking milestones, deliverables, and addressing potential roadblocks or delays.
  • Oversee all project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of deliverables.
  • Write clear and actionable creative briefs, status reports, and meeting recaps.
  • Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful project completion and delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy of information completion of edits as well as accessibility compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify next steps, dependencies, and potential blockers.
  • Take ownership of assigned work streams and proactively drive them to completion.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of project management, marketing, project coordination, or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively (Native English or C2 level).
  • Proactive self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to critically analyze situations and proactively problem-solve.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with various teams, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error-free client-facing materials.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes, adapting to evolving team needs and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Desirable Experience

  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients, including status updates, clarifying requirements, and responding to feedback.
  • Exposure to creative production workflows, including asset reviews, versioning, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and experience ensuring deliverables meet compliance requirements.
  • Comfort with light data analysis or reporting, such as tracking KPIs or summarizing campaign performance.
  • Background in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, cloud computing, or IT services.
