Pharma Copywriter

Our client is looking for a pharmaceutical copywriter to craft compelling, accurate, and compliant content across both DTC and HCP audiences. This is for a US Pharma brand, therefore experience with FDA is the most important.

This will be 12+ months, remote and fulltime hours per week, 9-5. Rate range is $55-60 per hour.

• Write promotional copy for DTC and HCP campaigns, including digital, print, video, email, and social assets.
• Translate clinical data into explicit, engaging, and medically accurate messaging.
• Develop concepts and messaging frameworks aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure all materials meet FDA and industry compliance requirements.
• Maintain consistency of tone, voice, and claims across all deliverables.
• Support pitches, brand workshops, and creative presentations as needed.

• 2–5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within a healthcare or pharma agency.
• Strong understanding of FDA‑regulated promotional environments (DTC +HCP).
• Ability to interpret clinical studies and distill complex science into accessible messaging.
