Position: Coordinator for Marketing Project Management
Be an integral part of Alberta Blue Cross® as a Marketing Project Coordinator with a focus on operations. Engage in a hybrid setup where you'll coordinate diverse marketing initiatives.

As the Project and Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role by organizing and spearheading multifaceted marketing projects. Your responsibilities include building detailed project plans, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with timelines and deliverables.

Your role is essential in enhancing operational processes within the marketing team through effective communication and strategic project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the coordination of marketing projects effectively

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules

• Manage intake processes and ensure clarity on project requirements

• Propose improvements to existing workflows and processes

• Coordinate vendor management and financial tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field desired

• 3-5 years of project coordination in a corporate or agency setting

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Proficient in  or similar tools

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
