Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator

Be a key player in community support as the Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator with The Salvation Army in Lethbridge. Oversee campaign activities, volunteer coordination, and ensure donations are secure.

This temporary full-time role is critical for managing the Christmas Kettle Campaign in Lethbridge. Responsibilities include promoting kettle locations, ensuring adequate staffing, and conducting volunteer recruitment and management. You will coordinate delivery and security of kettles while fostering positive relationships with volunteers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and coordinate kettle locations in Lethbridge

• Arrange pickup and delivery of kettles securely

• Schedule and manage kettle volunteers effectively

• Ensure adequate supplies at kettle locations

• Record and report statistical data post-campaign

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Prior kettle experience or related field preferred

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Background Check
