Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate resident complex care plans

• Provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff

• Implement educational programs for staff and residents

• Review care plans regularly with the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and support daily nursing operations

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the provincial College of Nurses

• Valid CPR certification with Health Care Provider Level

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
