Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans and evaluate their effectiveness

• Supervise and lead personal care staff effectively

• Train new team members to uphold care standards

• Administer medications and wound care per health protocols

• Collaborate with physicians and RNs for seamless care

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta

• Up-to-date CPR certification for healthcare

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Professionalism, compassion, and respect in care

• Commitment to lifelong learning and mentorship
