Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to residents daily

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members consistently

• Model and uphold Covenant Care’s mission and values

• Support residents and families during end-of-life journeys

• Engage in effective team communication and motivation

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Practical Nurse Program

• Current CLPNA registration in Alberta

• CPR/First Aid certification required

• Strong assessment skills and compassionate approach

• Ability to handle the demands of a continuing care setting
