The position demands strong clinical skills and the ability to lead Health Care Aides while ensuring compliance with established care protocols. Your goal will be to deliver holistic support tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, quality care to residents

• Lead and supervise Health Care Aides in effective care

• Manage medication administration according to safety standards

• Foster communication between residents, families, and staff

• Uphold the standards and values of Covenant Health

Requirements:

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program

• Active registration with CLHA

• 1+ years in long-term care environments

• Basic Life Support certification required

• Familiarity with medication protocols and chronic disease
