As part of the Medicentres team, you will engage with patients and physicians to ensure quality care delivery. This entry-level position requires a two-year accredited diploma and current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses. Responsibilities include patient registration, assisting in minor surgeries, and performing prescribed diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register new patients

• Escort patients to examination rooms

• Assist with diagnostic testing and procedures

• Document all patient interactions accurately

• Notify patients about their appointments

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in practical nursing from an accredited institute

• Current registration with the Alberta College of Licensed Practical Nurses

• Minimum one year of relevant customer service experience

• Familiarity with Med Access software preferred

• CPR and immunization certified
