Licensed Practical Nurse

This role requires a Registered LPN with at least two years of acute care experience. You will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, developing care plans, and managing infusion therapy, among other tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care plan development

• Administer infusion therapy and medication management

• Insert and maintain peripheral and central venous access devices

• Implement infection control measures and educate patients

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Registered LPN with a minimum of 2 years acute care experience

• Clear criminal record and proof of liability insurance

• Valid CPR certification and strong critical thinking skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English;
French an asset

• Valid driver's license and independent travel
