As a Registered Nurse in Acute Adult Inpatient Psychiatry, you will deliver exceptional patient care while supporting families during challenging times. This role requires a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment, crisis communication, and conflict resolution. You will engage with diverse mental health populations and utilize critical thinking to enhance patient outcomes, acting independently within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid assessments and implement care plans

• Communicate effectively in crisis and non-crisis situations

• Advocate for patients and families within treatment settings

• Lead integrated holistic approaches to health care

• Prioritize workload efficiently under stress

Requirements:

• RN designation and registration with CRNA

• Minimum one year in Addiction and Mental Health

• Current BCLS-HCP certification

• Knowledge of Mental Health Act and DSM V

• Experience in crisis intervention methodologies
