This position focuses on the leadership and management of quality assurance initiatives at Sunrise Farms. You will be responsible for developing strategic quality programs and ensuring that all products meet safety and quality specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quality assurance and regulatory compliance projects

• Analyze statistical data for quality improvement recommendations

• Manage Sanitation and safety-related inspection activities

• Lead training on animal welfare and QA procedures

• Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Food Science or related area

• 3-5 years of QA supervisory or managerial experience

• Familiarity with HACCP, CFIA standards

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of quality control processes
