Quality Control Supervisor

Position: Quality Control Supervisor at Amrize
Elevate project standards as a Quality Control Supervisor lize your expertise to ensure top quality at Ready Mix plants and Aggregate pits in Southern Alberta.

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you'll oversee all quality functions across three Ready Mix plants and two Aggregate pits in Southern Alberta. Collaborate with plant managers and operations staff to ensure compliance with CSA standards and deliver excellent products.

Your role involves testing concrete, guiding mix designs, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and verify concrete and aggregate products for quality

• Provide guidance to drivers and batchers on mix specifications

• Analyze and design effective concrete mixes

• Prepare and submit project-specific mix designs to clients

• Report product deficiencies and develop corrective actions

Requirements:

• College Diploma or University Degree preferred

• 2 years of experience in quality control or concrete industry

• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to adhere to health and safety protocols
