Position: Senior Quality Control Supervisor at Amrize
Join Amrize as a Senior Quality Control Supervisor and lead quality assurance initiatives across Southern Alberta's Ready Mix and Aggregate operations.

Your role is crucial in maintaining product excellence.

As a Senior Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee quality functions across three Ready Mix plants and two Aggregate pits. Reporting to the Southern Alberta Manager, your focus will be on ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing product quality. You will work directly with operations and plant managers, analyzing concrete mixes and leading a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with CSA standards for products

• Develop corrective actions for quality deficiencies

• Guide operations in mix design and specifications

• Liaise with clients on project specifications

• Maintain certification requirements for Concrete Alberta

Requirements:

• Preferred degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Two years of relevant experience in quality control

• Certifications like ACI Field Testing Technician preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Must adhere to safety and PPE protocols
