Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deliver effective on-job training initiatives

• Create comprehensive FSQ training manuals and SOPs

• Analyze and report on trainee progress and program effectiveness

• Facilitate vendor training and document processes

• Communicate with team leads about training conditions and needs

Requirements:

• Associated diploma or technical certification preferred

• Minimum of 12 months related experience or training

• Strong writing skills for clear instructional materials

• Mechanical skills tested as per requirements

• Intermediate computer proficiency, SAP knowledge preferred
