Your analytical mindset will help you identify trends and implement corrective actions to address quality concerns, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide food safety management within the organization
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures
• Manage and report on food safety performance metrics
• Solve complex quality challenges through investigation
• Produce reports on trends and improvement areas
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science or similar field
• At least 3 years in leadership within food manufacturing
• Proficiency in QMS and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in leading teams and influencing stakeholders
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
