Position: Property Services Coordinator at BGIS
Oversee property operations as a Property Services Coordinator with BGIS. Administer vendor management and support the Operations team to ensure optimal service delivery for building maintenance.

The Property Services Coordinator role is pivotal for BGIS, where you will effectively manage service requests and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. This position includes key tasks such as contract management, invoice processing, and work order management. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations by coordinating with various service providers and reporting on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process service requests via phone, email, and in-person

• Ensure timely completion of work orders and service contracts

• Develop scopes of work and obtain service provider quotes

• Administer health and safety policies to ensure compliance

• Prepare monthly expense summaries with detailed reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with up to 1 year experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple client requests concurrently

• Knowledge of tendering processes is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software
