Visual Merchandising and Operations Key Holder

Enhance store visuals as a Visual Merchandising and Operations Key Holder. Oversee merchandising and facilitate excellent customer service operations.

In this role, you will assist with all merchandising directives and collaborate with management to promote effective stockroom and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the team in the absence of management, ensuring adherence to policies, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store operations in the absence of key managers

• Create a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers

• Handle transactions and manage register operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards

• Support the Store Manager to uphold company values

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year retail experience

• High school diploma preferred

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Excellent communication and priority-setting abilities

• Capability to inspire and lead a team positively
