Position: Sales Associate at The Children's Place

In this role, you will assist the Store Leadership Team by delivering excellent customer service and effective communication. Applicants with experience in retail are preferred. You will maintain merchandise presentation standards and support a clean, organized store environment while meeting customer needs.

• Engage with customers promptly and prioritize their needs

• Inform shoppers about promotions and solution offerings

• Execute selling techniques to enhance conversion rates

• Maintain stock levels and ensure a wide variety of sizes is available

• Perform daily housekeeping duties to uphold company standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience is preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
