Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and training for store employees
• Maintain high employee retention and productivity
• Implement merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash handling and loyalty program promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• One year of retail management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required
