Position: Retail Assistant Manager Role

Lead exceptional customer service as a Retail Assistant Manager, ensuring every interaction meets our service standards. This role combines team leadership, operations management, and training in a dynamic retail environment.

In this position, you will coach and mentor retail teams, manage daily operations, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include the execution of inventory processes, oversight of eCommerce fulfillment, and acting as a key department leader in the absence of the Store Manager. Your ability to build effective schedules and facilitate staff training will drive department success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in customer service delivery

• Manage order entry and fulfillment for B2B operations

• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

• Lead training sessions and daily operational meetings

• Act as the main contact in absence of Store Manager

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail experience required

• Proven coaching and mentoring skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High energy and motivation for success

• Basic computer skills necessary
