In this exciting role, you'll engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model, providing personalized product recommendations and educating guests on our brand. Flexibility is key as you will work across various zones, including the Sales floor and Stockroom, while maintaining a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests consistently using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate and suggest AE & Aerie products to shoppers

• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program

• Assist across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more

• Solve guest concerns proactively and positively

Requirements:

• Love for interacting with people and retail experience

• Energy to handle multiple tasks effectively

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Age requirement of at least 16 years
