Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team

• Provide guidance and support to team members

• Ensure personalized customer service

• Maintain high merchandising and cleanliness standards

• Manage daily store tasks, including cash handling

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service

• Leadership experience is preferred

• Familiarity with handling keys and cash

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
